Have you ever thought of using another weapon other than Swaxe?

> When I first started the series w/ rise I was an insect glaive main for a good 600+ hunts before picking up swaxe 😅 since then though, in rise I dabbled in a bit of hh, sns and ls. Sunbreak I played a toonne of gs because I liked strongarm stance a lot, went back to ls and hh a little too. Weapons I played for a little were lance, hammy, cb and bow in mrank. In mhgu, I dual main valor gs and valor swaxe. 👍

How do you like switch axe in MHWilds? I really liked it in Rise and wanted to try it again in MHWi, but I heard mixed reviews on it and ended up getting addicted to SnS instead. Would like to try SwAxe again later if it's good.

> I am no expert, my honest opinion is that I like wilds switch axe a lot but I find my playstyle revolves around staying in one spot in focus mode and offsetting/countering and I'm not really using the morph attacks etc. to space and position which is what I found fun in rise swaxe. The way the counters are separated now and you have to know which ones to use in which situations adds some kind of depth to it if you have a counter playstyle but full release slash (afaik) is busted and most people just opt to spam that so in a way the flowchart has also become quite linear. I'd say give it a shot and see how you like it yourself. If you're looking for the fun movement swaxe had in rise or even world though, hard to say if it's still there or not (in my humble opinion, I don't kno anything I just solo main swaxe)

> Probably gammoth the most! I'm someone that prioritises fight/gameplay over everything else though, so also maybe scorned, primordial and boltreaver otherwise hahaha.
